*Reformer/Tower is 1/2 pilate mat + 1/2 tower and reformer

*CORE is a high intensity cardio training class consisting of pilate and weight training exercises utilizing stability cushions,weights,tubing,and med balls. Sneakers recommended!

*FUSE is a fast paced pilate circuit class. All exercises are pilate mat or equipment (tower,reformer,chair,rebounder,barrels) set to music and changed each week.
